Just wanted to give everyone an update on my weight loss! :) My good friend Lara has inspired me to take progress photos lol (Grats again Lara for hitting 126 lbs!!) Also, this is something I can look back on whenever I’m off course or thinking about eating junk again hahahaha! Looking forward to adding a 3rd pic on here! :3

I don’t know how or why but I feel so much better and less bloated when I eat clean (Protein, veggies, fruits and a little chocolate for sanity) I guess I just got so used to it. I only have rice like once a week now (Sundays at my parents’ house) and I’m always picking wisely when I eat out. I’m so glad I can pretty much eat anywhere now even Mcdicks! As long as I pick wisely :D Here are some fast food/restaurant options I usually go for:
McDonald’s - Grilled chicken wraps, nuggets or salads (i like the Spicy Thai Salad with Grilled Chicken)
Vietnamese - Seafood Pho (Small/Regular size)
Edo - Sizzling Shrimp with less rice and more veggies
Taco Time - Chicken Taco Salad with Italian Dressing (I dont eat the entire tortilla bowl though just a quarter of it)
Tim Hortons - 1/2 Chipotle Turkey panini with Soup! (I like chicken noodle, Beef noodle, Tomato w/ whole grain pasta, Italian Wedding)
Opa!/Jimmy the Greek - Chicken Souvlaki with Large Salad oh! and
Dressing on the Side <—- IMPORTANT!
They smother your salad like there’s no tomorrow.
Moxie’s/Boston Pizza/Earl’s/Brewsters - Salmon with steamed veggies.
Unfortunately I haven’t figured out how not to overeat at Japanese Sushi places yet because you CANT eat sushi without rice (Maki rolls). Unless you’re one of those legit people who can eat just the raw fish. Sadly I’m not too crazy about the texture in my mouth so the rice makes it better. Also, tempura’s a b*tch. They lead you on with the veggies then they stab you in the back when they cover them in batter and deep fry the sh*t out of them… defeating the purpose. So if any of you have any ideas, please let me know! I love Sushi!!

I really need to hurry up though cause Summer is coming! But I don’t wanna fast or do anything crazy like that so we’ll see what I can do. My target is 125 lbs for the summer which I think is doable! I think the Scarsdale Diet really helped when it comes to making healthier choices. I made it part of my lifestyle especially when I eat out (Which I do A LOT of) I usually skip the carbs and ask for more veggies along with my lean protein. You can do this pretty much everywhere! I feel better too! Cause I get to still eat out but not regret doing it. This week I will try to do 600 NET Calories per day. Which means I’ll eat whatever I want but burn enough calories to make a net of 600 Calories. I used to do it and it worked so I’ll do it again. Here’s my meal plan:

Gained a bit of weight back for indulging on Pringles last night LOL I did follow my diet though! I just couldn’t resist them I apologize xD ESPECIALLY when I’m gaming and I want something to munch on. Those things are the best! Well my birthday’s coming up soon and I’m quite worried about my possible intake. But I’ll do my best to avoid the carbs!

I think my scale is lying to me!! This morning I weighed myself and I lost weight but how the heck do you lose 2 pounds overnight?! Must be a ton of water weight in my body that I just magically got rid of. Well it is also my 3rd day without rice so I can see why it’s happening. I do eat bread though.. My wonderful whole wheat bread xD Went to galaxy land today and boy was it fun! Last time I was there was back in 2007. LOOOONGG TIME… lol but me and my sibs realized 2 hours was more than enough for spinning rides. We felt really sick afterwards but It was all worth it! I’ve also been eating out a lot recently but get this, I’m still losing weight… How? by still sticking to my diet. Monday night calls for:

I maybe sorta cheated on the weekend which I’m not exactly proud of but deeply regret. I had mac n cheese, sushi, chicken wings, double chocolate chip cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, you name it! It was such a bad weekend for my diet. Junk food isnt as appealing as it used to be… sigh… that and I don’t wanna have to think about burning it later so I dont even bother putting it in my body xD Anyway so far so good! This time I’m not taking any shortcuts like skipping meals or anything crazy like that. Just flat out eating right and working out.. basically a Lifestyle change. It’s not the fastest but I’ll get there eventually :D although hopefully just in time for summer! xD
I totally had Mcdonald’s today…. O__O I was so hungry and it was the only eating place around. I couldn’t workout on an empty stomach either so I had a grilled chicken sandwich. It felt so heavy lol but I made sure to workout after that. I think my metabolism is up though cause I still lost weight! woooooot!
